• Stock checks of suppliers’ factories.
• Collect documents if needed to speed up process when the transit time is short.
• Engage with our sustainability team and collaborate with suppliers to properly map the farmers as part of the supply chain.
• Communicating & build relationship with suppliers to review local prices and FOB offers.
• Properly analyze the quality of defect count and cup profile.
• Follow-up PSS approvals between exporters and internal offices (Wilton, Geneva, Singapore, Shanghai).
• Support the trader on the buying and contracting side of the business.
• Supervise loading of cargoes when necessary.
• Analyze the coffee flows and their dynamics.
• Managing the link of our purchase contracts and our logistics team to ensure a smooth execution of contracts.
• Organize quality calibration exercises depending on customers’ needs.
• Work together with our Research team in improving the assessment of the Indonesia arabica crop, size and quality.

Experience

• Understanding of coffee quality
• Experienced for min. 5-7 yrs in coffee origination
• Commercial knowledge
• Domestic and International execution knowledge
