Domestic and International execution knowledge

Support the trader on the buying and contracting side of the business.

Analyze the coffee flows and their dynamics.

Work together with our Research team in improving the assessment of the Indonesia arabica crop, size and quality.

Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate sales teams.

Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management, providing insights on performance, market trends, and opportunities for improvement.

Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and internal policies during the sales process. Uphold ethical standards and maintain high-quality service delivery.

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

10 or more years of experience in used car financing business, secured financing and lending, not only mortgage or personal loan

Experience as individual contributor and building a team from scratch

Great negotiation skills and fluency in English is a must

Understand how the collateral works, including collateral base lending, cash loan, and secure financing

Build a secured lending team together with other product team and managing other stakeholders within the internal and external company

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent required, Master degree is preferred.
