A Senior Coordinator assists the company director and department heads to organize and manage the administrative aspects of sales and service business operations. His/Her role is to ensure that the company's vision and mission are achieved.
Responsibilities
-Support Sales & Service operations (eg. order processing, vendor registration, ISO accreditation etc)
-Coordinate inter-departmental tasks and goals
-Manage ISO Accreditation
Qualifications
-S1 in Business Management
-Minimum 5 years experience working in a similar role (eg. director's assistant, company secretary, ISO officer)
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills (fluent bilingual Bahasa and English)
-Experience with ERP system (eg. SAP, Oracle Netsuite)
-Experience with ISO Accreditation (internal audit and/or quality management)
-Logical, methodical, detail-oriented, independent, accountable
