Warehouse Coordinator Jobs

We are looking for a Warehouse Coordinator to take charge of the ESQA Supply Chain team with excellent interpersonal skills. Warehouse coordinators are responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a warehouse. They ensure that products are received, stored, and shipped in a timely manner while maintaining an organized inventory system.

What you will do:

• Ensure the delivery schedule is maintained and promptly alert supervisors if a delay occurs or is likely.
• Coordinating with shipping companies to arrange transport of goods between warehouses or suppliers.
• Scheduling deliveries and pickups for items that need to be shipped or moved within the warehouse.
• Perform periodic inventory checks to ensure the accuracy of database information and minimize the risk of inventory issues.
• Reviewing purchase orders and shipping invoices to ensure that they match with deliveries made.
• Organizing and maintaining inventory levels in the warehouse according to company standards.
• Monitoring inventory levels and ordering additional inventory when necessary

What you will need for the role:

• At least two years of experience in a warehouse setting.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• 3+ years of experience in the logistics field.
• Strong experience with inventory software and control systems.
• Experience in the regulated or lean manufacturing industry.
