The Role

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Demonstrating functional and technical expertise in SAP Ariba modules;
• Guide and provide inputs for change management;
• Provide leadership in customer project implementations by providing subject matter expertise in Source to Pay Processes utilizing SAP Ariba;
• Understand data needs and sources and guide the data integration aspects of the project;
• Providing responses to functional queries regarding Ariba’s software solutions;
• Guide and provide inputs for long term solution sustainability and value realization.
• Architect the integration of various systems in the landscape;
• Raising awareness for data quality and putting remediation plans to address data related issues;
• Provide guidance to the technical team to support the technical build of the system, enhancements and bug fixes;

Ideal Profile

• Experience in Config/ Organization and master data replication from ERP systems to Ariba.
• Knowledge of Ariba Integration (Cloud Integration Gateway) with multiple back-end ERP systems.
• You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
• You are a strong networker & relationship builder
• Good Knowledge and hands on experience in Ariba Sourcing Projects, RFX, Auctions, Contract Management, SLP
• SAP Ariba Upstream/Downstream Module / experience in S4HANA implementation
• CIG integration knowledge will be added advantage.
• You have at least 5 years experience, ideally within a IT Audit, Software Architect or Service Management role.
• Hands on experience on building interface with SAP and Legacy Systems, must be familiar with IDOC, XML etc.
• Integration knowledge with multiple backend ERP systems for Master data objects replication.
• You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
• Knowledge of tools such as Remedy, HP Application Life cycle Management, SAP Solution Manager.
• Good knowledge of SAP HANA databases.
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team but also self-motivate
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal and collaborative skills, and the ability to communicate to technical teams and executive leaders
• Hands on experience on documenting in User Requirement Specification, Functional Specification, Training documents.
