Upstream Asset Valuation Analyst Jobs

Seven years' experience in logistics or supply chain management roles, with a proven track record of managing successful operations

Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field

Good Knowledge and hands on experience in Ariba Sourcing Projects, RFX, Auctions, Contract Management, SLP

You have at least 5 years experience, ideally within a IT Audit, Software Architect or Service Management role.

Knowledge of tools such as Remedy, HP Application Life cycle Management, SAP Solution Manager.

Guide and provide inputs for change management;

Hands on experience on documenting in User Requirement Specification, Functional Specification, Training documents.

Good knowledge of SAP HANA databases.

Ensure adequate compliance with defined policies (SOP) throughout LDC Indonesia (Lampung Site).

Monitor actual spending to be align with budget – provide analysis for discrepancies in monthly basis.

Monitor project’s progress in term of spending & timeliness.

Drive annual budget’s process and cost saving.

Create and implement strategic account plans that align with the business goals and company offerings.

Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.

Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Bachelor's degree in Agriculture Technology or advanced degree or relevant certifications a plus

Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients such as farmers and external parties

Understand partners needs, objectives, and challenges, and act as their advocate within the company.

Proficiency in cost accounting, project management.

Manage factory budgets, report variances.

Excellent communication and analytical abilities.

Ensure budget alignment and progress monitoring.

Validate purchases and enforce SOP compliance.

10 or more years’ experience in financial analysis, reporting and systems implementation

About The FP&A Manager (Mining Upstream) Role

Support all sites in the preparation of annual budgets and provide a consolidated group budget

Support project teams in developing financial models to evaluate new projects and support them to optimise financial results

Implement and improve business systems on time and budget. Prioritise projects in accordance with executive objectives

Prepare and review the monthly, quarterly, budget presentations and be responsible for the accuracy/quality of the data

Technical planning skills or Project management skills.

Update the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) accordingly.

Update the verification and calibration plan into Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) accordingly.

Verification and calibration records should be well managed and organize according to company requirements.

The review then registers all non-compliances into Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) Maximo is preferred.
