Job Purpose

In the era globalization and competition and fast changing business needs, we need to turnaround and map the business requirement in to system to maintain data accuracy, speed of service, reporting and helping production, finance and marketing to function seamlessly.

Job Challenges

-Should be ready to learn again to pursue a failed technology that continues to evolve.

-Communizing the processes and reports across plants - including New Projects (Implementation) having legacy systems Prioritizing & meeting requirements of diverse groups

-Simplification and standardization of processes & MIS requirements.

-Compliance & governance

-Keeping abreast with technology (BI, S4 , Oracle etc.)

-Ensuring availability of the business solution (as per SLAs)

-Integration with SAP and other application

Responsibilities:

-Develop and maintain SAP design and technical specification documents, and conduct unit, integration and release testing to validate functionality;

-Implement SAP ABAP software applications and interfaces within SAP NetWeaver instances;

-Support end-users Acceptance Testing activities, and participate in Production Operations and Release Management support;

-Assist with upgrades, new releases and monitor performance of the technical objects;

-BAPIs, BADIs, RFCs, LSMW, writing user exits, BDC coding, and interfaces;

-SAP ABAP/4 programming using: SAP Script, BAPI, RFC;

-Develop and maintain SAP design and technical specification documents; assist in defining and documenting SAP Best Practices;

-Code change and code review;

-Develop enhancements;

-Analyze and Fix Web Service, RFC Issues;

-Writing technical specifications.
