Senior Expatriate Project Coordinator Jobs

-Experience with ISO Accreditation (internal audit and/or quality management)

-Minimum 5 years experience working in a similar role (eg. director's assistant, company secretary, ISO officer)

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills (fluent bilingual Bahasa and English)

-Experience with ERP system (eg. SAP, Oracle Netsuite)

-Support Sales & Service operations (eg. order processing, vendor registration, ISO accreditation etc)

-Coordinate inter-departmental tasks and goals

Experience in waste management or broader related sustainability topics is preferred.

Risk management: Observe, identify, and raise potential institutional issues to the institutional team and wider leadership, as required.

Capability building: Support the team in building materials to enable the communities to understand best practices in waste management governance.

Experience in engaging village, regional, or local government authorities.

Effective communication and persuasion abilities to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and audiences from different backgrounds.

Workshop support: Facilitate workshop sessions on institutional matters along with our training and implementation teams.

Manages letter record, contract and other documentation

Any other duties as requested by Manager

Minimum 5 years proven experience in project coordination/management, preferably in the environmental or sustainability sector.

Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., environmental sciences/engineering, sustainability, project management).

Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in mentoring and guiding junior team members.

Strong knowledge and understanding of the credits (carbon/biodiversity/plastics) ecosystem.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders and build strong relationships.

• Good working knowledge of 5S & visual management

• 7 to 10 years in logistics management experience

• To lead and drive for continuous improvement in materials flow, manning, space and inventory management.

• Management of inbound/ outbound operations to optimize space and inventory management.
