• Advance in Microsoft Excel skill (Excel Formula, Pivot, VBA, etc)
• Advance in analytical and communication skill
• Advance in Insurance basic knowledge
• To hiring reinsurance analyst that will handled on project AIRA, reinsurance project, quality checking and reinsurance analysis
