It Business Partner Group Head

Responsibilities

• Gather and document requirements from Business Units to define and prioritize project scope and objectives.
• Understanding business needs: IT business analysts are responsible for understanding the business needs and identifying opportunities for improvement through the implementation of IT solutions.
• Quality assurance analysts to develop and execute test plans to ensure that IT solutions meet the requirements and quality standards.
• Developing business and technical requirements
• Continuous improvement to monitor and evaluate implemented solutions to ensure meet the business needs and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

• Develop Functional and Technical Spesifications for IT Solutions including software applications and other system related
• Analyze Business Process, data and system to identify areas of Improvement and recommend the solutions
• Develop and execute tests plans to ensure that IT Solutions meet Business Requirements and get the quality standards of the projects
• Collaborate with IT Development or IT Delivery teams to ensure the project requirements are understood and implemented properly
• Up to date with Market or industry trends and best practice to ensure that the Solutions are innovative and effective

Requirements

• 5-10 Years Experiences In Banking Project (related to main Banking application such as core banking, loan origination , mobile banking, internet banking, Syariah , Treasury and any others related to Banking Products)
• Good Communications Skills
• Good Project Management Skills
• Should have a strong understanding of busines knowledge including market trends, regulations and best practice.
• Technical and Analytical skills: should have a strong understanding of software development methodologies, database design, programming languages , analytical skills to identify business problems and analyze data .
