It Business Partner Group Head Jobs

Strong performance as a Commercial or Corporate Banker with minimum of 15 years’ experience in customer Relationship Management.

At least 5 years of people management experience

Bachelor’s/University degree in relevant fields such as banking, finance, economics, commerce, business administration/management, auditing, accounting, business law, actuarial management.

5-10 years’ experience in managing a business with P&L responsibilities.

Product offering across entire suite of Citi products (e.g., TTS, FX, CMO)

Develop, coach and counsel the team & ability to offer growth assignments to talents

Gather and document requirements from Business Units to define and prioritize project scope and objectives.

Developing business and technical requirements

Quality assurance analysts to develop and execute test plans to ensure that IT solutions meet the requirements and quality standards.

Collaborate with IT Development or IT Delivery teams to ensure the project requirements are understood and implemented properly

Develop and execute tests plans to ensure that IT Solutions meet Business Requirements and get the quality standards of the projects

Should have a strong understanding of busines knowledge including market trends, regulations and best practice.
