Job Requirements:

1. Accounting-related majors, bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of financial work experience, including more than 3 years of experience in business and operational financial analysis,
2. Experience in e-commerce and Internet-related financial work, experience in financial BP and financial budget analysis is preferred,
3. Have a sense of initiative, be able to proactively discover problems and obtain results, have strong cross-departmental collaboration capabilities, high work efficiency, and strong stress resistance,
4. Have good resistance to pressure, have a high sense of responsibility, and have positive energy of optimism, integrity, diligence and positiveness.

Job Responsibility :

1. Analyze financial reports based on business operations, regularly submit monthly, quarterly and annual financial analysis reports; and provide financial budget support according to business conditions,
2. Based on the in-depth understanding of the business, continuously improve the business-related financial processes and systems, including the control of business risk points, pre-event, in-process and post-event management and control analysis, cost reduction and efficiency increase,
3. Be able to independently evaluate the key indicators and key projects in the business line, provide financial models and suggestions, and help business decision-making,
4. Based on the understanding of external market links and internal business, actively explore valuable financial analysis topics, and give professional financial opinions on innovative projects launched by business departments,
5. Review the accounts of funds, income, costs, expenses, etc. for the business lines in charge to ensure the compliance of accounting treatment,
6. Continuously promote the upgrading of the information system of the responsible business line, promote the resolution of problems, and improve data quality and human efficiency.
