Junior Hr Business Partner (Contract Based)

Supreme Energy, a multinational geothermal group of companies is looking for Junior HR Business Partner (CONTRACT employment) with the following duties:

• Responsible for handling in-house training program for all level of employees, includes but not limited to interaction with training providers and instructors, selecting training vendors, organizing and managing training logistics, evaluating the training effectiveness, etc.
• Responsible to support HR Management for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units .
• Responsible to handle any day to day queries related to HR matters.
• Responsible for handling end to end process of recruitment for experienced and fresh graduate positions, starting from searching candidates up to onboarding process.

The ideal candidates should have the following qualifications:

• Individual with solid honesty & integrity welcome to apply.
• Minimum University Degree (S-1) majoring in Psychology or Business Management or Industrial Engineering.
• Good interpersonal skills and able to deal with any level in the organization.
• Mobile and willing to travel intensively to our sites in remote areas.
• Basic understanding of Indonesian Labor Law and Regulations is a must.
• Interviewing/Recruiting certification is an advantage.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Experienced for at least 3 years as HR Business Partner, Recruitment and Training.
• Strive for excellence, able to work in the challenging environment with minimum supervision.
• Candidates with work experiences in Oil & Gas or Energy industry is an advantage

This is a Jakarta based position, but intensive travel to sites location is required.
