Responsibilities:
- Assist the recruitment to ensure the success of business.
- Acting as PIC between Division of Human Capital for various services such as Recruitment, Talent Development, and Organizational Development.
- Design job descriptions and interview questions to show the job better.
- Coordinate with Hiring Manager in formulating the manpower planning.
- Reduce risks related to the daily management of employees.
- Assist business leaders to provide solutions in organization plans, manpower planning, recruitment, talent management, learning, development, employee relations, and coaching-mentoring.
- Set standards for the ethics, values, and cultures of the company.
- Provides HR policy guideline.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal standards.
Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor degree in Psychology, Law, and/or Communication.
- Willing to work at office, Mega Kuningan.
- 3+ year's professional experience as HRBP and exposure to many HR functions.
- Fluency in English, Chinese or Mandarin would be plus.
- Resourceful and self-driven with a high degree of professional integrity.
