At least 5-7 years of experience in innovation management, business development, or relate field.

As an Innovation Management Specialist,

Manage innovation projects from ideation to implementation, collaborating with stakeholders and team members to ensure successful outcomes.

Develop business cases and proposals for innovation projects, working closely with finance and other stakeholders.

Communicate the benefits and progress of innovation initiatives to stakeholders and the wider organization.

Experience in managing innovation projects from ideation to implementation.

Several years of sales and client management experience.

Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops;

Deep understanding of Customer Experience solutions across the entire customer journey

Deep understanding of the SEA enterprise market especially around Experience in Commerce and Digital Marketing

Demonstrated active listening skills, highly consultative and solutions-oriented

Ability to manage a P&L, very good with numbers
