In SE Asia, we are a leading power sector consulting engineering company executing our regional consultancy and engineering assignments mainly from our Bangkok, Manila, Jakarta, Kuala Lumpur and Hanoi offices. In total, we have multinational staff of more than 400 working in the power generation field in Asia. In consulting and engineering services for thermal and renewable energy power plants, we are one of the market leaders both in the SE Asia region and globally.


In line with our increasing business, we are looking for a Senior HR Operations to manage day-to-day operations of HR department in our Jakarta office.


Responsibilities



Senior HR Operations overseas internal HR operations, manages the employee lifecycle and ensures smooth end-to-end HR processes and procedures. The Senior HR Operations carries out responsibilities as follows:


  • Recruits and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applications.
  • Ensures compliance with local laws and regulations and maintains up-to-date knowledge of employment related laws.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Handles all administrative tasks for employee lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, development, retention and offboarding.
  • Maintains HR data and records in compliance with the local laws and regulations.
  • Ensures of internal HR workflows as well as day-to-day administrative tasks.


Qualifications


  • Thorough knowledge of employment related laws and regulations.
  • At least 3-5 years relevance experience in Human Resources.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism and maintain confidentiality.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good team management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or relevant field.
