Hr Generalist (Fashion & Retail)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Generalist to join our partner's dynamic team. As an HR Generalist, you will play a pivotal role in managing various HR functions and providing comphrehensive support to our partner's organization. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a company's success by fostering positive work environment, implementing HR strategies, and ensuring compliance with all employment laws & regulations.

Job Responsibilites:

• Provide guidance and support to all employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
• Administer employee benefit programs including BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, & leave policies.
• Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
• Stay updated on changes in employement laws and regulations and ensure compliance in all HR Practices.
• Manage employees training & development initiatives to enhance skills and promote career development.

Job Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of HR practices, employement laws, & regulations.
• Proven experience working as an HR Generalist min. 2 years.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships in all levels in organizations.
• Bachelor degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or related field.
• Solid understanding of employee benefit & compensation programs.
