:

• Manage and grow our email marketing database and develop targeted email campaigns to drive leads
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices
• Work with outside vendors to supplement the work as needed
• Plan and implement SEO strategies to drive website traffic and increase search engine rankings
• Create reports on the growth and analytics of campaigns
• Research advertising trends and competitors pricing and products
• Monitor project status
• Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
• Analyze campaign performance and provide regular reports and recommendations
• Plan and manage PPC advertising campaigns to drive targeted traffic and leads
• Contribute to the creation of creative marketing campaigns across social media, the company website, email and other platforms.
• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to generate B2B leads

Requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• At least3 yearsof experience in B2B digital marketing and lead generation
• Willing to work hybrid in our office in Sequis Tower, SCBD, Jakarta Selatan and ready to join as soon as possible!
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such asGoogle Analytics, SEMrush, Google Trend, etc.
• Well-organized and detail-oriented
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
• Solid computer skills, includingMS Office, marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite and CRM) and applications (Web analytics, Google Adwords etc.)
• Strong understanding ofSEO, email marketing, social media, and PPC advertising
• Demonstrated ability to managemultiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
