Job Description

The Company

TADA (usetada.com) helps businesses to improve sustainability by retaining their customers better. It is an end-to-end customer retention platform that brings together customer data and behavior from online and offline channels to launch and manage a revenue-centric retention program. Established in 2012, present in several countries in Southeast Asia. Our vision is to be the most impactful customer retention platform in the region. TADA has successfully been trusted by and integrated with 400+ Global Companies across fast-growing industries.


The Candidate

  • Open for fresh graduates (major in Engineering such as Industrial Engineering, etc.)
  • Exposure to the HR industry and Government regulations is a plus point
  • Min GPA 3.50, from a reputable university
  • Strong in MS Excel
  • Good analytical and attention to detail


The Role

  • To ensure all employee personal data is accurate and reliable
  • Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
  • To provide support for better employee experience at the organizational level
  • To ensure all the requests are delivered within the SLA
  • To maintain employee satisfaction by providing a well-managed office working environment
  • Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
  • To do some HR intervention projects based on both HR roadmap and ad hoc basis
