Job Purpose

Trainer will be responsible in delivering a comprehensive full-stack program "General Admin Perkantoran" to help learners develop the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in admin job

You will do well and shine in this role if you have the following:

- Have at least 5 years of working experience in HRGA

- Have experience working as admin

- Have education background (formal/informal) in admin related field

- Have a passion in teaching and people development

- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills

- Experienced in designing, delivering and or facilitate training is a plus

Design and Iteration

• Provide feedback for module and overall product development based on teaching experience
• Participate in evaluation and module iteration activities
• Collaborate with Talenesia's learning team in designing module and other learning materials with their knowledge of expertise in respective field

Management and Coordination

• Participate in module briefing session
• Participate in teacher development activities

Teaching Duties

• Facilitate learning process through interactive online workshop
• Provide feedback, and offer coaching or support to student to help them achieve their learning goals
• Collaborate with mentors to evaluate the effectiveness of the training and make necessary adjustment based on feedback

Administrative Work

• Allocate approx. 4 hours during the teaching week to prepare materials and classroom activities in collaboration with Talenesia's learning team
