Fare Load Trainer Jobs

Role of Purposes:

To support our business in the travel sector involves in loading fares into our database so they can be distributed in all GDSs. We are looking for a candidate who is proficient in various GDSs, have the analytical thinking to perform a detailed analysis of the fare filing instructions, and has strong communication skill as a trainer. You will prepare, conduct Fare Filing training and create the necessary process notes required for the training.

Responsibilities:

• Res pond and analyze to Training Request received from Operations
• Work side by side with Operations to capture and document new products and the processes from existing and new clients
• Support the Operations team in doing production when needed
• Ensure the quality & effectiveness of each given training, design effective training programs
• Create a Training Evaluation Form at the end of the training for training assessment and results
• Develop a program to assess the training needs
• Conduct Fare Filing training for existing members or new members
• Share the progress of current training periodically with the leader
• Manage training schedule and training requests for Fare Filing
• Be responsible for the trainee’s attendance record
• Support and mentor trainees to achieve the best performance as per client expectation
• Create syllabus, process notes/ modules related to Fare Filing, and keep it updated
• Submit production tracker and schedule report to the leader
• Maintain & upskill knowledge, systems, and skills in a scope of work

Requirements:

• Demonstrates a high level of attention to detail
• Know about GDS systems and/ or ATPCO
• Tech—savvy, able to operate MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and instructional software
• Have at least 2 years of professional experience in Airlines, GDS systems companies, Fare Filing, and Travel BPO
• Have strong analysis skill
• Have strong written & reading skills in English & Bahasa
• Have the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Have Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Business, Tourism, or a related field
• Certification from the training association is a plus
