JOB PURPOSE:

Manage the HRGA Department, ensuring and evaluating the fulfillment of labor needs both in quantity and quality in order to match the company's company's goals and needs.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Develop strategies and implement HR policies, programs, and practices, including employee engagement, MPP recruitment, onboarding processes, training and development, people development programs, and other areas of implementation, development, people development programs, and other areas of implementation, coordination, investigation, and conflict resolution.

- Ensure that the company's compensation practices and regulations follow applicable laws and regulations, applicable laws.

- Calculate compensation & benefits (Salary, BPJS, JHSK, and Salary Tax).

- Develop and monitor HR policies and procedures to be implemented in all departments to improve employee engagement and performance KPIs.

- Manage general affairs and company facilities.

- Ensure that all company regulations/policies are in place in the company in accordance with applicable laws/regulations and are implemented and properly executed.

- Review and revise the Company's Mandatory Labor Reporting, Company Regulations (PP), wage review Company Regulations (PP), wage review, and labor-related policies and procedures.

- Prepare workforce planning budgeting.

- Prepare annual compensation report for actuarial.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Have a minimum education of S1.

- Minimum 1 year of experience as HRGA Manager in the fintech industry, multi financeor bankis preferably

- Preferably have taken certification in Human Resources.

- Have the ability of the entire assessment process.

- Have knowledge of PPH 21 tax and industrial relations.

- Good communication skills and good problem solving

- Highly organized and detail-oriented.

- Communication and leadership skills.
