Job Description
Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement HR policies, procedures, and OD initiatives that align with the company's goals and values.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address HR-related challenges and support the achievement of organizational objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, staying updated on changes and advising management on related matters.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages employee growth and development.
  • Provide guidance and support to HR team, ensuring their professional development and continuous improvement.
  • Utilize data analysis and HR analytics to identify trends, assess HR metrics, and make data-driven recommendations for process improvements.
  • Oversee general HR functions, including employee lifecycle, recruitment, onboarding, training and development, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, HR policies and compliance, and employee engagement.
  • Conduct research and stay informed about industry trends and best practices in HR management.
Requirements:
  • Proactive mindset with excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Continuous learning mindset and a willingness to stay updated on HR trends and best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to analyze complex data sets to drive HR decision-making.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations in Indonesia and SEA market.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a VUCA environment, navigating complexity and rapid change.
  • Proficiency in HR analytics tools and HRIS software.
  • Bachelor's or Master degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within a startup or fast-growing environment.
  • High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
