About The Role

As the MS you are part of the key to PT. SOLID GOLD JAKARTA's growth throught number of deals you and your team closes on a monthly basis. The MS is responsible for the organization and implementation of all processes needed and the team execution to maximize sales output of their teams. As one of our MS, you will be leading yout own team. Your success will be a team and individual metric of success.

Responsibilities


  • Analyze the client's needs and maintain relationship
  • Strengthen our relationship with clients and company partnerships
  • Need to get new investor, coach them, assist them in their day-to-day trade transaction
  • Maintance and get new investor, coach them, handling and maintance their daily trade transaction
  • Develop in commodity markets
  • Can will work individually as well as in team
  • Offer compelling solutions for the client's financial needs
  • Work individually as well as in team
  • Create offline and online media plan and promotion
  • Acquire new clients for needs of being investor
  • Strategically plan the approach to the client


Requirements


  • Understanding of Investing Market is greatly appreciated (not required), Have experience is a definite plus
  • Negotiation skill
  • Enthusiast in selling, relationship management and meeting new customer
  • Have a good command of English Language, as well as being fluent in Bahasa Indonesia
  • Positive attitude and eager to learn
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma 3 of Any Major
  • Fresh graduate welcome to apply
  • Good analytical thinking and excellent communication
  • Strong team collaboration skills. Have passion in leadership to handle 5-15 people in the team
  • Must be in JABODETABEK area
