About The VP Digital Marketing Role

The VP Digital Marketing will be responsible for all digital marketing (performance marketing) and CRM related activities, create the directions and plan, manage two teams and be the main contact for the department

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate user experience and customer decision journey across multiple channels
• Leverage the marketing budget and resources to aid in reaching established KPIs
• High understanding of current and future digital development to improve the digital marketing including SEO/SEM, marketing database, CLM, social media and display advertising and to measure and report the performance and assessment against the goals (KPI)
• Manage Google Ads (Search, Display, Discovery and Video), Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok and other advertising accounts
• Manage the digital team to formulate digital experience with cross-functional digital strategy, CRM and drive brand awareness and achievement of country business growth and profit objectives, aligned with the overall regional marketing strategy and directions
• Find and build sustainable business model with affinity partner to grow the business
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPI)

To succeed in this VP Digital Marketing role, you must be comfortable in creating activities that drive traffic and lead generation while also managing loyalty programmes to grow the business.

Key Requirements

• Strong planning skills and able to manage details
• Minimum of seven years’ experience in marketing/social media/digital marketing
• Critical-thinking skills
• Ability to manage marketing budget
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads and Facebook Ads
