Job Summary:

You’ll be a part of the Product Operations team, where our mission is to ensure that the business is running smoothly at scale and drive our business unit (BU) to reach a new frontier. Your role as a Product Operation Analyst is pivotal to ensure achievement of the business objectives. While delivering projects and optimizing our operations, you’ll be part of the team driving our Experience business to be the most reliable provider for international products. You’ll work alongside a highly talented product team in the technology industry to deliver high-leveraged solutions by creating new systems and features.

• Create workflows and conduct continuous improvements on products that require operational support.
• Ensure that the developed SOP for a scalable and reliable system is implemented across different teams.
• Troubleshoot any issues/problems that may arise with our integration system. This involves finding root causes and implementing solutions.
• You’ll also be responsible for the smooth operations of the business unit. This includes ensuring timely delivery of any operational tasks.
• Develop a budget control system for the BU alongside with the Revenue as well as Market & Partnership Team to achieve business objectives.
• Work with various teams (Product, Marketing, and Market and Partnership teams) to build a scalable and reliable system to serve domestic and international markets. This entails a deep understanding of existing standard operating procedures (‘SOP’) and our system as well as continuous work to improve business and system processes to realize scalability.

Requirements

• Willingness to learn technical systems.
• Minimum bachelor’s degree from a reputable university with at least 1 year of experience.
• Able to prioritize and work on several projects / initiatives simultaneously.
• Able to think creatively to come up with new solutions.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal). Able to communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Familiar using Microsoft Office and Google Office Suite.
• Must be an analytical thinker and a problem solver. Can think, effectively operate, showcase can-do attitude under pressure.
• Candidate must be able to read, write, and speak in English.
