Job Description

  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Collaborate across different functions to deliver improvements (design, data, engineers) and sharpen requirements (business, marketing, operations)
  • Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
  • Identify customer / user pain points and turn them into actionable insights
  • Own key metrics indicative of customer behavior and satisfaction- measure, monitor and drive data informed decisions and actions
  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Craft and execute product roadmap- this includes scoping deliverables, defining timelines, prioritizing and be accountable for quality and timeliness of deliverables
Requirements


  • 2+ years of experiences in product management
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong drive to make things happen
  • Organized and able to create multiple timelines, budgets, and schedules
  • Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to supervise multiple projects
  • Encouraging to team and staff; able to mentor and lead
  • High ownership, accountability, and self-initiative
  • Previous experience as a project manager within WMS
  • Excellent leadership, team building, and management skills
  • Ability to influence and navigate through cross functional teams
  • Confident and structured in communicating complex concepts / ideas
  • Sharp attention to detail and curiosity to frequently audit your products
  • Experienced in measuring and optimizing end to end user funnel and conducting experiments
