With the knowledge of stock management

Analyzing data Smartax to help product management make better-informed decisions

Need to manage the printer stock

Working closely with technical support, merchant and government to improve the user experience

Arrange and host a meeting between merchants and Gov.

Overseeing quality assurance checks on new Smartax printer installation

Minimum bachelor’s degree from a reputable university with at least 1 year of experience.

Strong communication skills (written and verbal). Able to communicate with internal and external stakeholders.

Ensure that the developed SOP for a scalable and reliable system is implemented across different teams.

Troubleshoot any issues/problems that may arise with our integration system. This involves finding root causes and implementing solutions.

You’ll also be responsible for the smooth operations of the business unit. This includes ensuring timely delivery of any operational tasks.

Create workflows and conduct continuous improvements on products that require operational support.
