The opportunity

• Manage product lifecycle compliance to the prevailing local regulations, corporate policy and QEHS in order to achieve the sales target and within the approved advertising and promotional budget
• Launch lines products of specialty supplements
• Develop and implement marketing plan of the assigned products
• Monitor application and achievement of marketing programs

How You’ll Spend Your Day

• Monitor promotional programs; develop promotional materials, presentational materials as well as supporting data in coordination with the related departments; manage and implement activities within the approved budget
• Develop plans for new products launching in coordination with related departments (SCA and Business Development)
• Implement the QEHS procedure to achieve the target and continuously improving the effectiveness of the process
• Develop and manage the team skill and knowledge and monitor performance
• Ensure good relations with customers through marketing activities initiate contact and regular visits to key market
• Prepare status report of marketing program activities and key message on every activities in the market as required
• Provide distributors with data and analysis of market demand and sales growth for a more aggressive product distributions
• Analyze market demand, competitor data; propose sales target and market positioning of each product; ensure product mix and appropriateness of the activities
• Prepare and send mail to pharmacies in terms of product and branding maintenance such as product handling information, withdrawal of products, new packaging information
• Develop budget plan of each product based on marketing plan; control expenses against budget, produce periodical reports

Your Experience And Qualifications

• Marketing skills, creative & team player, strong leadership
• Analysis ability as well as negotiation/communication ability
• 1 – 2 years’ experience in pharmaceutical industry, especially in ethical / supplement products
• Bachelor Degree in pharmacy / marketing or life science
• Quick learner and fast adapt with minimum supervision
• English proficiency & computer literacy skills
• Good communications skills
