About Us

Key Areas of Responsibilities

This position will put you in a position to grow our tours & experiences globally. Some of the responsibilities may include (but are not limited to):


  • Adding our tours on our 3rd party partner platforms like TripAdvisor, GetYourGuide, TourRadar, etc.
  • Find, interview and hire local freelance tour guides in the new markets that we decide to enter into. Once hired, onboard them into our tour guide portal/platform and establish a solid relationship with our guides
  • Keeping all of our products up to date on our website with well written tour descriptions as well as high quality & beautiful photos.
  • Work with our tour guides to define the costs for each tour (tour guide fee, entrance tickets fee, lunch cost, etc). For each tour we will need to know the total amount it will cost us to operate the tour. Negotiate the best prices to benefit ForeverVacation.
  • Create tours in our new markets that our customer demographic would enjoy. You will work with our local tour guides/partners in each of our destinations to create each tour
  • Researching existing tours that are already in the market and performing well to stay on top of new trends and what is popular.
  • Adding new tours on our website including the tour description, itinerary, photos, inclusions, expenses, etc.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Worked in Travel/Hospitality industry for 2+ years
  • Highly motivated and reliable
  • Technology savvy (Proficient in LinkedIn and social media)
  • Detail oriented and organized
  • Proficient in English Writing
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Great communication skills
  • Open-minded and creative
