Job Description
  • Supervise advertising, social media, CRM, product design, and other marketing efforts to ensure consistent branding.
  • Manage campaign calendar, project timelines, and campaign budget.
  • Evaluate and measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Monitor market trends, conduct consumer market research, and analyze competitor activities.
  • Develop brand marketing strategies through collaboration across business units and effectively manage their implementation to enhance brand awareness and visibility.


Requirements


  • Effectively translate the brand and customer vision into a comprehensive marketing plan, ensuring the inclusion of all key elements across both online and offline channels.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of the complete marketing mix. Showcase the ability to quickly grasp new markets and effectively adapt to changes in market dynamics and competitive landscapes.
  • Possess a willingness to embrace new ideas and approaches. Generate creative ideas independently or through collaboration with others.
  • Have 2-3+ years of experience in brand and creative marketing, including senior management roles within the technology industry, e-commerce, or agencies.
  • Develop the brand communication strategy in alignment with the strategic marketing plan, collaborating closely with other divisions to maintain and enhance brand integrity across all internal and external touchpoints.
