About The Senior Marketing Strategist Role

The Senior Marketing Strategist will be responsible for creating, initiating plans, and defining overall marketing strategy that lead to brand growth, awareness and conversion.

Key Responsibilities

• Build a strong marketing plan to accelerate the business growth through various channels, especially with KOL/influencers
• Provide clear and concise direction to manage marketing activities in order to support specific business objectives to achieve the overall strategic plan
• Ensure the desired brand positioning is reinforced and accurately represented by aligning identity with regional team to produce a suitable marketing and product strategy approach to the consumers
• Evaluate the impact and trend of marketing initiatives in order to achieve the company goals

To succeed in this Senior Marketing Strategist role, you must be comfortable in creating marketing plans, business strategy, and leading a team.

Key Requirements

• Preferably with minimum of five years’ experience in FMCG/e-commerce/agency, especially in handling beauty/personal care products
• Fluent in both written and verbal English
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing and sales or related fields
• A good understanding of influencer marketing
