Idealights is seeking a skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Strategist (Manager) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our clients' digital marketing campaigns, working closely with other team members to develop and execute effective strategies that drive business growth and increase ROI. This is a key leadership role that requires a high level of creativity, strategic thinking, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Manage internal teams to develop creative and effective marketing assets, including graphics, video, and copy
• Manage and optimize campaigns on an ongoing basis to ensure goals are met or exceeded
• Conduct in-depth research and analysis of industry trends, competitor strategies, and target audience behaviors to inform marketing campaigns
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on campaign performance, opportunities, and challenges
• Create and manage client budgets and performance metrics to ensure maximum ROI and profitability
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for clients, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, outreach campaigns and other online marketing channels
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing industry best practices, trends, and technologies
• Develop and present reports that demonstrate the success of campaigns to clients and internal stakeholders
• Understand content repurposing across multiple channels

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex marketing strategies to clients and internal stakeholders
• Strong understanding of all aspects of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and analytics
• Understanding of Google Ads, Google Analytics, Social Media Ads, Eventbrite and other digital marketing platforms
• Experience managing client relationships and delivering exceptional customer service
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations
• Experience of leading and coaching talented individuals
• Strong understanding of storytelling in marketing
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a collaborative and results-oriented approach
• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a track record of successful campaigns and demonstrated ROI
