About This Account Manager (Digital Agency) Role

The Account Manager (Digital Agency) is responsible for the day-to-day operations of assigned clients/brands. You will also provide clients with strategic recommendations and ensure seamless delivery to meet their scope of work.

Key Responsibilities

• Inquisitive about responding to client requests and making agency recommendations
• Champions the agency perspective and is persuasive and articulate when communicating work and ideas
• Builds and maintains strong partnerships with client and extended teams
• Manages multiple projects from start to finish with an eye towards ensuring strategy and creative integrity is carried through execution
• Engages in meaningful discussions with clients and partners to take actions to improve the business
• Works closely with Strategy, Creative and Broadcast/Digital Production to create a plan on managing projects and strives for flawless execution
• Proactively learns about the category/industry and the brand/products in order to become a trusted resource in both internal and client conversations
• Supports planners and creative teams with what’s needed to develop and nurture ideas throughout the process
• Oversees and navigates the team on all aspects of execution of projects
• Helps to sell in and protects ideas throughout execution

To succeed in this Account Manager (Digital Agency) role, you must be comfortable in maintaining strong partnerships with clients, engage with plans to improve businesses and navigate a team.

Key Requirements

• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Capable of leading a medium sized team
• Understand client needs
• Strong communication skills both verbally and written
• Experience as Account with Agency background
