Digital Project Manager Jobs

We're looking for a Digital Project Manager for our Singaporean client, a metaverse creative tech company that brings brands, stories, and experiences to life through art, design, and technology. To date, they have created 300+ immersive digital experiences globally, generating billions of impressions. You'll be a point of contact for the Client (External) and Team (Internal).

Responsibilities

To the externals:

• Arrange and lead meetings with clients for kickoff calls, and discussions on concept/design style frame development test link and debrief with the client
• Create timelines for client deliverables, client feedback, client approvals, and their projects deliverables using Google Slides and Sheets
• Manage and follow up with clients diligently to ensure they provide their deliverables, feedback, and approvals on time
• Consolidate all client feedback from email, and Whatsapp online meetings and ensure it is captured neatly and organized on Google Slides

To the internals:

• Coordinate and manage the production process from start to finish. Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
• Arrange and lead meetings with internal teams for daily standup, concept discussion, kickoff calls, updates on client feedback, and debriefing with the team
• Create timelines and assign tasks to team members on Asana taking into consideration each team member’s workload, leaves, and public holidays
• Ensure the technical feasibility of the proposed concept visual mockup by checking with the design and development team

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, able to clearly and effectively communicate with clients and the team
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects ongoing at the same time
• Experience working in one of the following industries: AR/ VR/ XR industry (preferred), Interactive digital agency, creative tech agency or digital experiential marketing agency, Web development agency, Mobile app development agency, a Gaming studio
• Familiar with common project management approaches that are well-suited for short production life cycles such as agile, waterfall, lean, and hybrid of these but not limited to these
• Have 1-year relevant working experience as a Digital Project Manager, Digital Producer, Project Manager, Producer, or similar
