Relationship Manager (Agency) Jobs

Job Summary
Develops and manages the relationship with selected distribution partners (agents) at a global, regional or local level to promote the organization's propositions and to steer the business to deliver results. Ensures retention of existing portfolio, opportunities for growth and improvements of service delivery.
Job Qualifications
Required:

• Experience 2 years in Sales Insurance
• Bachelor's degree
• Have knowledge with General Insurance Product

Job Accountabilities - Key Accountabilities

• Promotes Zurich propositions.
• Participates in relevant business projects to import market/customer expectations
• Maintains a high level of product and market knowledge.
• Implements distributors’ terms of business including negotiation, new offers, closures and terminations.
• Coordinates regularly with other BUs with regards to distributor’s expectations or performance
• Leads and coaches sales team(s).
• Creates, develops and manages relationships with distributors to promote the organization.
