Project Manager, Idn Creative (Contract Based)

Responsibility:

• Facilitate communication among content editor, content writer, video creator, administrator, and other stakeholders to maintain alignment and clear expectations.
• Ensure all content uploaded by administrators is accurate and adheres to the specified schedule.
• Work closely with content editor, content writer, video creator, and subject matter experts to create high-quality and engaging content.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define content requirements, target audience, and project goals.
• Verify proper display of content by all content aggregators.
• Initiate budget requests by presenting detailed justifications for proposed content creation projects, including expected expenses and potential outcomes.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, clearly outlining project scope, objectives, tasks, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Lead and motivate the content team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Generate reports and conduct periodic project analyses until the campaign is successfully executed.
• Collaborate with content editor & video creator to formulate content plans.
• Monitor and track budget expenditures throughout the content creation process, ensuring that expenses remain within approved limits.
• Review content for accuracy, clarity, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines.
• Compile detailed reports on budget utilization, highlighting actual expenses versus budgeted amounts for each content creation project.
• Conduct routine content audits to identify opportunities for enhancement and optimization.
• Monitor project progress, identifying potential roadblocks, and proactively addressing issues to ensure timely project completion.
• Provide regular project updates to management and stakeholders, highlighting achievements, challenges, and planned next steps.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in managing digital campaigns, website development, branding, and creative projects is valuable.
• At least 2 years experiences in campaign / project management within the creative or digital industry
• A dedication to delivering high-quality work that aligns with the client's goals and objectives.
• Able to develop and maintain strong relationships with multiple stakeholders (designers, copywriters, editorial team, and other creative professionals).
• Self-reliant, good problem solver, result oriented.
• Ability to be flexible and manage multiple projects with competing timelines.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, web development, and other digital platforms.
• Ability to create project plans, project reports, set milestones, allocate resources, and manage budget.
• Familiarity with digital tools and software commonly used in creative projects.

**Notes: This position will be 1 year contract based.
