Job Description
:
Marketing Strategy and Analytics
  • Develop, execute, and track the performance of comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the business goals and objectives
  • Use data-driven insights to assess marketing campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-backed recommendations to optimize marketing strategies
Branch Support
  • Build and maintain a good connection with franchise branches and provide training and guidance on marketing theories/concepts, best practices, and analytical techniques to enhance their marketing efforts
  • Generate innovative and creative solutions to marketing challenges, helping branches troubleshoot issues and develop effective marketing campaigns
Project Management
  • Lead day-to-day marketing projects, oversee project timelines, and ensure successful execution by the marketing team.
Sales Support
  • Engage with Sales Teams to provide marketing support for targeted local customers
Event Management
  • Plan, organize, and execute offline events, including branch-curated and centralized marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record to innovate or challenge the status quo
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia, good in English, and Bahasa Daerah is a plus
  • Experience working in B2B or franchise business or a related field is preferred
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and the ability to analyze data to make informed marketing decisions
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to facilitate or mentor training sessions
  • Experience in planning and executing both small-scale and large-scale offline events
  • Bachelor’s Degree (or above) in Marketing, Business, or a related field with 3-5 years of experience
  • Proven experience in project management, including the ability to lead cross-functional teams
