Job Description

We're currently hiringa talented and experienced Direct Response Creative Lead to join our client health and wellness industry!


Job Overview:As the Direct Response Creative Lead, your primary responsibility is to plan, execute and optimize Digital ad campaigns across various platforms. You will be working alongside with the team to manage internal paid advertising to promote new-age products.


Job Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and digital analytics tools.
  • Proven experience in a creative lead role, able to streamline direct response efforts from copywriters, media buyers, graphic designers, and email marketers.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • In-depth knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices across both traditional and digital channels.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive informed marketing decisions.
  • A strong and proven experience in direct response copywriting, preferably familiar with media buying metrics, with the ability to come up with direct response creative angles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior management.
  • Preferably a bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in managing and developing a marketing team.


*Currently, this is a Remote Position, but you are expected to be reachable and online from 10am-6pm, Mon-Fri.


Summary of Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to review and approve creative content for compliance.
  • Concept Development and Ideation:
  • Generate reports and provide insights on creative performance and effectiveness to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, product, and analytics, to align creative efforts with overall marketing strategies.
  • Brainstorm and collaborate with copywriters, designers, and other team members to develop compelling and persuasive campaign ideas.
  • Collaborate with analytics and data teams to gather insights and make data-driven decisions.
  • Review and provide feedback on design concepts, ensuring they align with the creative strategy and best practices.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to understand campaign goals, target audience, and key messaging.
  • Generate innovative and effective creative concepts for direct response marketing campaigns.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative environment, encouraging the team to generate ideas and contribute to the creative process.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify creative opportunities and insights.
  • Ensure creative concepts align with brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and customer journey.
  • Collaborate closely with designers to develop visual assets, layouts, and imagery that enhance the effectiveness of direct response marketing materials.
  • Compliance and Legal Considerations:
  • Creative Direction and Design Collaboration:
  • Provide creative direction and guidance to designers, ensuring the visual elements align with the campaign objectives and messaging.
  • Develop and lead the creative strategy for direct response marketing campaigns, aligned with business objectives and target audience.
  • Lead and manage a team of creatives, including copywriters, marketers, media buyers, and designers, providing guidance, feedback, and mentorship.
  • Analyze data and metrics to assess the performance of creative elements and iterate on designs for improved conversion rates.
  • Team Leadership and Collaboration:
  • Write persuasive and engaging copy for direct response marketing materials, including emails, landing pages, sales letters, and advertisements.
  • Copywriting and Content Development:
  • Craft compelling headlines, hooks, and CTAs to drive response and conversions.
  • Make data-driven recommendations for creative improvements and optimizations.
  • Develop and execute A/B tests and other creative experiments to optimize direct response marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with designers to ensure copy and design work together harmoniously.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics, such as response rates, conversion rates, and ROI, for direct response marketing campaigns.
