Complaint Response Manager (Palm Oil)

An exciting Grievance Response Manager / (Complaint Response / Dispute Resolution - Palm Oil) job has become available at a well-known and respected organization within a responsible sourcing field in the world

:

• Building a network of contacts and representing Earthworm externally in a variety of forums;
• Develop the service and explore collaborations opportunities between members and teams;
• Establish briefings and recommendations to provide our members/clients with;
• Developing a deep understanding of the palm oil industry in key sourcing countries, the primary issues that lead to grievances, and the key actors involved;
• Collaboratively produce and present Grievance risk reports as needed;
• Assessing and prioritizing new cases, driving investigations forward – including cultivating external contacts with campaigning NGOs and relevant partner organizations;
• Provide advice to Members/ Clients and direct support as they engage their suppliers;
• Supporting grievance case management within the team;
• Lead the delivery of the company’s grievance program with a large consumer goods company;

To succeed in this role, you are passionate about global development issues, investigation, definitely coming from a palm oil company,holding RSPO certification, and someone who will help the company find positive and practical solutions to grievances

Successful Candidate:

• The office-based role, in Jakarta, work-from-home arrangement
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a related field
• English & Bahasa Indonesian fluent
• Start as soon as possible
• University degree in a relevant field
• Full-time, fixed long-term contract
• Citizenship or legal permission to work in the country
