Melakukan Sales Call untuk mencari dan menjalin hubungan baik dengan pemasok baru dan pemasok lama

Dapat melakukan koordinasi yang baik menggunakan gadget atau aplikasi Google Sheet atau Email

Management skills to optimise production costs, maximise revenue, and ensure profitability.

Good leadership and stakeholder management skill

Manage mill operations to achieve CPO and PK production goals while focusing on sustainable practices, yield optimisation and cost-effective production.

Manage relationships with key stakeholders and government entities.

Min 10 years of senior-level experience in palm oil plantation and mill operations

The work location is NTU’s office in Aalborg and/or Remote

Excellent command of English (CEFR C1)

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business

5+ years of experience in palm oil sector

Maintain monitoring progress of oil palm project

Maintain good relationships with technology and financial partners regarding palm oil project

Increase technological know-how for palm oil project

Report to the CEO daily

Bachelor Degree in Economy, Management, Business Development or other relevant studies (having qualification of Master Degree is an advantage);

At least 5 years of experience in sustainable business development, management or related field

Extensive experience on working with Investment and Market communities would be considered as an asset.

Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English as well as well-developed interpersonal skills.

Experience working with a diverse, multicultural population would be considered as an asset.

Ability to work from home and from the office from time to time.

● Masters or PhD is preferred Experience

● Minimum of 10 years’ experience of working in a startup or private-sector IT organization.

● Strong knowledge in consumer-facing mobile app design, development, and support

Reporting relationship: Direct reporting to CEO

and accelerate the business to scale.

Supporting grievance case management within the team;

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a related field

Building a network of contacts and representing Earthworm externally in a variety of forums;

Assessing and prioritizing new cases, driving investigations forward – including cultivating external contacts with campaigning NGOs and relevant partner organizations;

Provide advice to Members/ Clients and direct support as they engage their suppliers;

Lead the delivery of the company’s grievance program with a large consumer goods company;

Having managery/supervisory experience and proven ability to motivating, leads, and setup goals

Master or Bachelor of science in related educations

Minimum have 5 years experience in palm oil industry or NGO

Supervises oil palm consultant/team in Berau and East Kalimantan.

Builds strategic, scientific, and technical capacity in the field

Engages local community support for sustainable palm oil and local conservation efforts
