Vp Finance - Palm Oil (Agribusiness)

About The Company
Our Client is one of the biggest integrated public company in palm oil plantations where it operates from the upstream to the downstream activities.
They are looking for VP Finance that will be groomed to be their future CFO of the business units, managing 4-5 entities at a time.
Key Responsibilities

• Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting as a group
• Becoming the key person in finance business partnering
• Providing strategic recommendations to the CEO and members of the executive management team
• Advising on long-term business and financial planning
• Establishing and developing relations with senior management and external partners and stakeholders
• Providing leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting operations

Key Qualifications:

• At least 15 years of experience in managing multiple subsidiaries financial operations
• CA/CPA is a plus
• Strong and good analytical skills
• Strong controllership and good presentation skills
• At least Bachelor's Degree in Business/Accounting/Finance. Master's Degree in Business Management is a plus
