Brand Marketing Executive Jobs

Position: Full time, Remote

:

• Propose initiatives and brainstorm ideas to increase brand reputation and market share.
• Assist direct supervisor to develop good relations with media, journalists, and influencers/KOLs.
• Assist direct supervisor to prepare, monitor and report influencers campaign to meet monthly goals (KPIs).
• Measure and report performance of all the work & campaigns against goals (KPIs).
• Work closely with your direct supervisor and design team to create and execute social media plans monthly (Instagram,Twitter, TikTok and more). Be in charge of content creation and monitor postings across communication channels, interact with followers and potential customers on a daily basis by answering questions & seeding on social media.
• Work closely with direct supervisor, in-house team, freelancers, and agencies (advertising, market research, PR) to prepare and implement brand marketing plans.

Requirements:

• Candidate is living in Indonesia
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in marketing communication or brand marketing.
• Have a good understanding and knowledge about the digital/social media/influencer landscape and the algorithm works.
• Demonstrate high standards of work ethics, driven by quality & productivity.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to translate creative ideas into action with a clear return on investment (ROI).
• Keep up-to-date with latest trends, technologies, tools and methodologies in brand, influencer marketing or social media in the market.
• Have good English communication and creative skills.
• Familiar with collaborative design tools (Canva, Photoshop).
• Having experience in the Education industry would be a plus.
• Have a positive can-do attitude, a keen eye for detail, always be proactive going beyond the call of duty.
