Join us on this journey as our first product manager driving growth in core services like Jobs and Salaries. We are looking for a talented, self-directed Incentive growth manager with an analytical mindset to join us. You will be responsible for increasing users and sessions.

What You'll Do

• Determining the go-forward product strategy and roadmap.
• And differentiate from competitors
• Design and run frequent experiments to promote continuous product iterations
• Drive user acquisition and retention, user re-activation, content growth, etc
• Conduct competitor analysis, learn from the market

The Ideal candidate

• Genuine curiosity to experiment and measure the impact
• Experience scaling and growing products successfully
• Willing to get your hands dirty and do things that don't scale - grow or die!
