About The Role

As the Growth Lead of on Cash Loan product of GoPay users, you will be the northstar to develop strategy and key initiatives to drive and improve the acquisition and retention rate of GoPayPinjam product not only from existing user base but also develop cross-sell plan from other financial and non-financial service of GoTo products.

You will have an opportunity not only to utilize and demonstrate your analytics skills on our voluminous data, but also lead and heavily involved in several strategic projects of the company. The position is based in the Jakarta office.

About The Role

As the Growth Lead of on Cash Loan product of GoPay users, you will be the northstar to develop strategy and key initiatives to drive and improve the acquisition and retention rate of GoPayPinjam product not only from existing user base but also develop cross-sell plan from other financial and non-financial service of GoTo products.

You will have an opportunity not only to utilize and demonstrate your analytics skills on our voluminous data, but also lead and heavily involved in several strategic projects of the company. The position is based in the Jakarta office.

What You Will Do

• Discover growth opportunities in the product from funnel conversion rates and user experience by exploring transaction data, customer activity within apps and actual customer insights
• Test and validate solutions through proper experimentation process
• Lead and execute projects, from identifying issues, gathering information from various sources, analyzing data, interpreting patterns, and trends with the purpose of generating insights about the market.
• Liaise with other analytical chapters within the Financial Services Platform as well as across Gojek such as Data Science, Data Engineering, Data Governance, Risk Analytics, etc, to ensure that initiatives are aligned and data integrity standards.
• Maintain rigor in analytical excellence in terms of data analytics, A/B test design, and appropriate statistical tests across the products.
• Drive prioritization, strategy, and focus on solutions to solve user problems

What You Will Need

• Strong Data Analysis and SQL skills with expertise in Excel/Python/R. Statistics/data science expertise will be a plus. Basic A/B test knowledge is a must
• At least 4 year of working experience in an analytical role (data analyst, BI, data science, statistician, etc). Min 2 years experienced working in the Financial Services or Technology company is required.
• Strong project management and stakeholders management skill, demonstrated by proven experience in managing and leading complex and major projects.
• Bachelor degree in Statistics, Math, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Business, or equivalent experience
• Hustle is essential, moving quickly and executing to allow for continual iteration is a core competency of our team
