What capabilities you’ll need (Requirements):

Understand and keep up to date with industry and competitive landscape knowledge.

At least min. 1-5 years of work experience in FnB/Tech sales company or related fields.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Prospect & maintain relationship with clients (corporate / company group restaurants, SME, Supplier, & Buyer).

Generating prospect leads and follows up consistently.

Develop and manage the team skill and knowledge and monitor performance

1 – 2 years’ experience in pharmaceutical industry, especially in ethical / supplement products

Marketing skills, creative & team player, strong leadership

English proficiency & computer literacy skills

Launch lines products of specialty supplements

Develop and implement marketing plan of the assigned products

Familiarity with product management principles and methodologies is a plus.

Develop offers and promos related to bottom funnels for Koltiva B2C products.

Proven experience in product marketing, preferably in the technology or software industry, minimum 1 year of experience is preferable.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market research and data to drive strategic decision-making.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and effectively convey product value to various stakeholders.

Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative marketing strategies and campaigns.

Fresh graduates are welcomed and/or 1-2 years of similar experiences, especially in doing campaign management is a plus point

Develop smart, actionable recommendations and reports that support business growth in the area of owned media management.

Solid data analytical and problem-solving skills to continually provide valuable marketing and business insights

Good communication, language, and interpersonal skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English

This role will contribute to the Experience Marketing team by performing the following tasks:

Delivering the campaign (promo and non-promo) activities on time and of zero-error, by enabling coordinated, efficient, and streamlined end-to-end execution processes

Support management for enhancement of existing products including providing regular reporting for all stakeholders (internal & external).

As a liaison officer, manage the communication with related parties including but not limited to regulator, custodian bank, and other parties;

3 – 4 years’ experience in related field.

Hold WMI/WPPE/WPEE or another related certification is preferred.

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or other related disciplines from a reputable University.

Manages the Sales objectives and targets

Has Experience Min. 4 Years experience in Chemical for HVAC, MC or Plastic film Business

Has a Strong knowledge of industry, market, & product knowledge or ability to develop this in fast pace working system.

Grow sales and margin of the business per Sector Unit Sales

An integral part of the process which determines the strategy for the market areas.

Has good Creativity and ability to work under pressure

Manage workflow of incoming contracts, specials and promotions to increase speed to market.

3 years related work experience in travel/tour industry

Experience working in an environment requiring the transfer of complex information, including:

Experience with large organisations and project environments

Tourplan front and back office system/s knowledge (preferable)
