Job Description

Who is the Koltiva Product Marketing Executive?

A Product Marketing Executive responsible for driving the success of a company's products or services. They develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote and position products effectively and ensure it read commercially. This role involves preparing product marketing collaterals to support the go-to-market strategy of every product release, defining product messaging, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing marketing campaigns.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop offers and promos related to bottom funnels for Koltiva B2C products.
  • Formulate the overall Product Marketing strategy for product and services release.
  • Coordinate and oversee team activities to ensure the productivity of all the team members.
  • Product Positioning and Messaging: Develop clear and compelling product positioning and messaging that effectively communicates the product's unique value proposition and differentiators.
  • Campaign Management: Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, user acquisition and drive feature adoption. Measure and analyze campaign performance using relevant metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize future campaigns.
  • Product Marketing Collateral and Content Creation: Create persuasive marketing collateral, including product presentations, brochures, website content, and case studies. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling content for various channels, such as social media, blogs, and whitepapers.
  • Customer Insights: Gather customer feedback and insights through surveys, interviews, and other channels. Use this information to inform product enhancements, improvements, marketing strategies, and messaging.


Requirements:

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market research and data to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and effectively convey product value to various stakeholders.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Proven experience in product marketing, preferably in the technology or software industry, minimum 1 year of experience is preferable.
  • Experience in AgriTech company is a plus.
  • Familiarity with product management principles and methodologies is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
