Product Research & Operations Intern

Expected to start around 17 July 2023 (open to be discussed)

About the role

We are looking for a driven individual who will assist the product lead and associates in implementing the end-to-end development of the products (YouTube, Online Store, and E-Learning) from research and ideation to execution and monitoring. You will get to work directly with our co-founders to determine, experiment with, and continuously improve the product roadmap of the company.

What you will be doing

1. Assist in gathering product ideas and feedback from stakeholders, researching and benchmarking from relevant sources, defining requirements, writing guidelines, and managing end-to-end implementation (incl. prioritizations and backlog management)
2. Assist in researching, planning, writing, and coordinating the execution of content briefs and writings for both audiovisual and written formats
3. Assist in initiating, establishing, and maintaining partnership with external collaborators (i.e. YouTube talents, class facilitators, store suppliers, etc.)
4. In charge of the logistics procurement & talent coordinations for YouTube video productions (i.e. studio rent, production tools and properties, etc.)
5. In charge of the operations of online stores (Tokopedia, Shopee, and TikTok), including but are not limited to product uploads/updates, chat replies, and order processing

The ideal background

1. High school graduates or undergraduate students are welcome to apply!
2. Business, communications, multimedia, or food-related major is a plus
3. Organizational experiences in project/event management, multimedia content, online stores, partnership, research, or learning design
4. Organizational experiences in working with videographers, video editors, designers, or talents (hosts and speakers/facilitators)
5. A confident and fluent communicator (both verbally and in writing) who is comfortable with using English in professional settings

1. Experience related to sustainable food, sustainable development, or food industry
2. Experience related to educational content/programs (online and offline)
