Research Team Lead Jobs

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Customer Experience Researcher to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing research on customer experiences, both in B2C and B2B segments, and providing valuable insights to our clients. The position requires solid experience in CX research, high language proficiency, and strong skills in the CX project funnel, including outreach, screening, interview techniques, and insights.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute research plans and methodologies;
• Analyze data and provide valuable insights to clients;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success;
• Maintain high levels of client satisfaction;
• Conduct customer experience research in Indonesia for B2B segment;
• Stay up-to-date with the latest CX research and trends.

To do this, you need to have:

• Knowledge of English/Indonesian at C1 level and above;
• Ability to work with Google documents, visualize data and structure reports;
• Research experience from 1 year;
• Higher education and experience in a marketing agency will be a plus.
• Understanding the organization of the process of recruiting respondents for interviews;
