What is your mission?

* Lead, develop and inspire a team of Sales Development Representatives, Account Executives, to best achieve business goals and exceed expectations.

* Lead through compassionate management, building a culture of inclusion and belonging for employees

* Develop and execute measurable strategies to grow Marketing Solutions New Business customers

* Attend and support important client meetings while mentoring and managing front-line teams

* Identify areas of opportunity within our services and contribute to the development of scalable systems, tools and processes to support New Business growth

* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Marketing Solutions product portfolio and industry knowledge to be able to guide your team through difficult customer engagements

* Become an expert in the components and best practices of Client Products, Client workflows, systems and execution

* Have strong general management skills, e.g. ability to report on key business trends, create business plans and quarterly reviews

* Coach excellence and find areas of team or individual skill deficiencies

* Able to lead and provide constructive event-based feedback and implement effective performance improvement plans


Who are we looking for?

  • Ability to work effectively with customers and cross-functional teams.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3+ years of experience managing and developing teams.
  • Excellent communication, organizational and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines with little supervision.
  • Ability to challenge team members and be challenged to achieve team goals.
  • Have a motorcycle/car
  • 4+ years of work experience in sales, digital marketing leadership, client-side marketing or consulting (preferably from a startup)
  • Fluent in English
